I am beginning to dislike actors....
These people spend their entire lives pretending to be someone else..
Yet we place them all up on pedestals...
Why..
They are merely pretenders...
They in fact influence our lives with their pretending and their self opinionated
attitudes which are merely to promote their films....
Hollywood has seen its day...
Most films are boring repetitious remakes of days gone by....
Personally, I will not allow myself to be influenced by some actors opinion...
But thats just me....

I would give you a hundred likes on that post if i could.    YOU are right.  These people are pretenders.   they pretend to be something they are not and never will be.  They pretend to be heroes but in real life they are scum.  The men are cowards and sissies, the women are sluttish if not out and out sluts.  In medieval days, actors were the dregs of society.  What happened?  

And of course lets not forget the body doubles and the stuntmen....

UK, former Comedian Eddie Izzard uses pronouns she/her.... and media says that being 'gender fluid' makes you a better actor. i think if he was that good an actor he'd have more work.

Actors are like carnival workers. They do shows to entertain us. Some are good at it, others are not, but it's all a show.

Their opinion on politics does not matter at all. If they choose to tell us what their political opinion, many times, I choose to no longer watch their work.

Actors are no more special than anyone else, except for the fact that they see more money come into their bank accounts playing make-believe than what us proles see coming into ours. I don't like how they are put on a higher pedestal compared to people in more serious and important professions in our pop culture-obsessed society. They are too privileged, and they think their money and fame give them the authority to tell us how the world should be.

youire right.  Actors are not special except they can 'act' or pretend to be something that they are not.  Just like politicians.  WE know that...but other people...think these people are intelligent and just so cool that they listen to what they say about politics and everything else.   LOok at the Taylor swift  topic.  People think she is so wonderful that they glom onto her every word and boyfriend du jour.   Look at how the number of young women and men known as swiftys pay attention to her every movement.  There is something about notoriety, and suddenly they want to impart their wisdom to us....the riffraff.

do you remember the hollywood PSAs against trump in 2015/2016.  I honestly think THEY THOUGHT That they would have an impact on american voters...and they got laughed at so badly that i don't think they've tried that again.



i thought nathan fillion would be smarter than to be a part of this. any of it...the actual and the re-done psa to try to make their feelings less hurt and you to decide to actually listen to these bums.
