...passed away today at the age of 83.
One of the true greats.

What a powerful voice she had! In more ways than one.

May one incredible woman rest in peace.

Amazing energy , phenomenal dancer and singer.

I never cared for her, and did not think she was sexy. If I wanted to watch a paint shaker, I'd just go down to the hardware store. I didn't find them particularly alluring either.

I did think it put on an especially good show however, when a new guy put in a gallon of red paint and didn't secure the lid.

I saw her once at Charlestown RaceTrack right after her split with Ike and she was building her career again....and she had that Awesome saxaphone player with her.

The women was all energy and there wasn't and never will be someone that could entertain with her grade of excitement . Your right about the paint shaker and she could mix a few gallons at a one time .
