inhaling aerosole can contents. irreparable brain damage and then taken off respirator 8 days later. I don't know but i think i might be looking to making sure parents of kid having the sleep over pay some restitution over this.
seeing nothing about an investigation. Granted, kids do things parents are unaware of and maybe that is the case.

of all dangers within the premises...
If she took these items with her its not the fault of the occupier...
Id imagine that it would only be a possibility of fault if the offending
items were already there....

And/or she was coerced.
