HS senior Madeline Bills....was living in her family's pool house cause i guess she needed to not have her style cramped. Obviously sleeping with her colored boyfriend...i don't know...he might be a white hispanic.... but last name is cook. She had broken up with him because she was afraid of him and had decided she was going to move back into the main house according to her friends. What do the parents have to say? They turn ltheir teen daughter loose to live in the pool house and don't tell me you didn't know she was sexually active. You had to have notice one or two clues. So the daughter is dead because a parent failed to act like a parent. Exactly what we were talking about in another topic...parents so involved in their own lives that they have little regard for parenting or marriage. NO. I don't know this specifically but i have experience on my side and it's my opinion.

Her coach said she was a wonderful person. really. Perhaps it would be a good idea to be more discerning about whom you date? Maybe get to know the person before you start screwing around with them? Maybe stay in the security of your parents home. I"m not sure exactly what made this girl so special in the platitudes of her coach. In the whole article...not one word about the parents...maybe they were in europe.

Well. NOT my business except that I can comment on it. This is still supposedly a free country. But i can sure see the way this is headed. Anyone can see the stupid mistakes of others that land them in these situation......We're all guilty in this. We all have condoned or done these things or looked the other way....KEPT OUR MOUTHS shut.

More dead kids. No gun involved it appears...so this will not be top headline especially since the boy is a POC. He's being extradited from Oklahoma so apparently he knew what he was doing was wrong.

Once upon a time, young women were taught how to avoid this. By grandmothers and mothers; and backed up by Daddy's curfew.

This has been a long time coming. In Denver, 1995-97, I saw how the upper classes had just basically abandoned their kids - simply giving custodial care, meals when they wanted them, a bed if they chose to stay home. One teenager in Parker, a tony suburb, was left alone for two months - his parents were touring Europe. He had credit cards and car keys and the house.

With the Spring Break in school classes, routines changed. Neighbors wearied of the endless loud music and the huge numbers of cars coming and going. Finally, with someone screaming, one of them called the cops.

The cops had to force their way in - that was when they would do such a thing. They had to call Child Protective Services for several teen and tween girls unconscious from alcohol or drugs, laying about.

A lot of the males scattered out windows, and some cars were driven over a number of lawns to get away from the police cars. Once the juvie cops were done with the unconscious gang-bang providers, the resident kid was identified.

And the house assessed. So many walls had been kicked out, and studs ripped out to burn in the backyard fire pit, that the house was structurally unsafe. It had to be knocked down.

I don't remember hearing of any arrests, so I guess the cops weren't treating it as a property crime. Parents probably felt differently; but they likely would just move to the Springs. WITHOUT Junior.

But that's parenting today. Let them do what they want - and let them learn the hard way, maybe by dying, why Grandma lived a little differently.

I don't really care at this point. This nation is done - it's only a matter of time. Given what is being allowed at the border, I'd say...weeks.
