It's like a cloud storage where you can store and share all your files. Like most Microsoft products it comes at a price but it's restrictive and I think you can only share files with other Microsoft users. Who'd want to?

I don't pay either but I still have the icon for One Drive on my taskbar that I cannot remove.   If you want to use it you have to pay for Microsoft Office 365.

hmm, ok thanks. I do not have that either.
I am confused where my puter saves images too. Perhaps this is part of that? They may be saved to the onedrive unknowingly to me?

Thanks

Windows usually downloads your pictures/images to a file named "Pictures" Lol

What version are you using?

Version 10 I think.
My piccies are a real mess. Have multiple copies of many images, think they are stored in at least 3 areas .

When you save an image you should click on the dropdown box and direct where you want it to be saved. If you don't do that Windows will automatically save it in a folder called Pictures.

Bring up File Explorer and you should see the folder.

That's on a computer. I have no idea what happens on a phone or tablet.
