They may be hacked for some info but that's not what's important.

The address itself is important.

Hackers use these benign addresses en masse to overload or DDoS attack a site.

The addresses are sold!
Mostly without your knowledge or consent.

Every time you buy one of these craps, you're compromised.

And it can cost you dearly!

It's shoveling shit against the tide.

The problem is only incidentally the cranes. The PROBLEM is the managers who let them in...who the hell is gonna install CHINESE cranes? And they see no problem with it.

And will refuse to learn.

For this reason, IMHO, we deserve what comes of this.
