I have experienced a roaring silence twice. It's not just a quiet time.
No wind, no birds, no 50Hz hum, no insects, no dogs barking in the distance, no leaves rustling.
It has a presence that grows exponentially.
It's like I was losing my stability.

There is no silence.

If there is absolute silence, you will hear the blood in your ears. You will hear head noises.

And you ALWAYS hear your own moving. Even if you're completely nude, you will make noises as you move.

And you cannot remain still. Even sleeping, you move about a little bit.
