As an aside: From said weasel: "People in State don't do it for the money." Did he actually say that? ??? Trump obviously didn't do it for the money, but Graham? Don't make me laugh. We noticed that he didn't make the audience, either. lol

Unfortunately, the wealthy buy off EVERYONE who would stand in their way. There is no one in Washington who cannot be compromised with money, power, material possessions, etc. There is not one person that the deep state cannot buy off and compromise. The end result is that President Trump represents US so he is enemy number one. The deep state will get him one way or another.
