I have 2 pounds of ground beef in the fridge, i seasoned and added a package of dry onion soup mix and a little water to rehydrate the onions. I seasoned around noon and will start cooking at around 5 pm.
I was thinking about spaghetti and meatballs. But meatloaf or just some grilled burgers would be fine and a lot less work.
Any other suggestions for a quick meal.

I love meatloaf and haven't made one in eons. With real gravy from the drippings though ... not tomato sauce ... and mashed tatas.

Re: Suggestions
I was looking at some homemade, sloppy Joe recipes. There were lots of them using everything from tomato sauce to tomato ketchup.
Some recipes were very sweet and used honey.
Maybe I'll try that another day.
That's too close to chili.

Thanks 2. I thought about making a 9 inch pot pie with veggies.2cent wrote:Shepard's Pie?
But... I'd have to brown the meat first and I don't have any pie shells. Lol.
And I don't want to spend too much time prepping stuff.
Yes I know this is uncharacteristic of me to not want to spend too much time cooking.
I think I will walk to the shop and get 3 or four beers.
I have some clear stuff in the House but last time I drank that, I turned into an Indian(woo woo) and lost a whole pot of gumbo!

That sounds like it would be painful in the morning.
