Two ingredient biscuits

I have been wanting to try these. My daughter-in-law bought whipping cream in a vague idea of making whipped cream for a pie. The pie was eaten before the cream was whipped. I got some self rising flour, mixed in the cream to make biscuit dough. Splendid. Just delicious. Sorry, I don't have measurements. I have not cooked with measurements for 30 years. I used a glass as a biscu8t cutter.

I bet that was good. Sounds like those Angel Biscuits.
