they did it to themselves.   Frankly i'm happy to see it. Universities and colleges have betrayed the parents who pay for this crap education and betrayed the students they say they were there to educate. They did no such thing.

WHAT comes next you ask??

Skeptical American employers, to remain globally competitive, will likely soon administer their own hiring tests. They already suspect that prestigious university degrees are hollow and certify very little.

Traditional colleges will seize the moment and expand by sticking to meritocratic criteria as proof of the competency of their prized graduates.

Private and online venues will also fill a national need to teach Western civilization and humanities courses — by non-woke faculty who do not institutionalize bias.

More students will continue to seek vocational training alternatives. Some will get their degrees online for a fraction of the cost.

Alumni will either curb giving, put further restrictions on their gifting or disconnect.

Eventually, even elite schools will lose their current veneer of prestige. Their costly cattle brands will be synonymous with equality-of-result, overpriced indoctrination echo chambers, where therapy replaced singular rigor and their tarnished degrees become irrelevant.

How ironic that universities are rushing to erode meritocratic standards — history’s answer to the age-old, pre-civilizational bane of tribal, racial, class, elite and insider prejudices and bias that eventually ensure poverty and ruin for all.

Seeing as a lot of these holders of these worthless and hollow university degrees are hired by left wing news organizations and paid by Globalist Billionaires because the news orgs aren't making the money to pay these poorly educated idiots.....they may perhaps at some point receive the public ridicule they so righteously deserve.

Good news.  Woke universities are losing customers and prestige.

Our nation cannot survive even one more generation indoctrinated in the deadly force of totalitarianism. Thankfully, however, these fanatical institutions may be engineering their own demise.

Colleges and universities have vastly overreached in their campus life and programs of study, and now they are paying the ultimate price. There has been a steady decline in total enrollment – 14% since spring 2011, despite the fact that the U.S. population is increasing by 2 million a year. Since 2019, undergraduate enrollment nationwide has fallen 8%.




The number of men enrolled fell more than 18%, nearly double that of females. With gender studies and professors droning on about "toxic masculinity" and "white male privilege," why would men want to waste their time in college?

Costs are soaring with tuition that rises above inflation, manipulation of blanket federal student loan guarantees, and administrative bloat and high salaries. Many students are turning to zoom courses where they can get their degrees online for a fraction of the cost.

Nearly 40% of students never graduate or complete a certificate, yet rack up mountains of debt. More than 43 million people in the U.S. hold a total of $1.6 trillion in student loan debt.

I was so glad when my youngest decided to go to a trade school.  Texas State Technical College has an awesome track record of teaching usable skills and finding employment for their graduating students. It helps that my military benefits paid for most of his education.

It doesn't appear my daughter is pushing college for her children, my grandchildren. Their education at this point already is vastly superior to public education. But do you know what all a young person in the job market has to do to excel? Show up be responsible and take the initiatve.and that person wl run circles around his peers.

Another example and i must admit....some satisfaction at the expense of Berkeley and the law professors involved.

BUT FIRST....these universities and colleges will reap what they have sown in and from the very students they have taught that violence and lawlessness for their cause is justified.
