No. It's the most condescending and stupid post --and attitude -- I've seen in ages -- maybe ever, and I think most people would agree. I cringe to watch it. It lowers the bar for every child in sports. It is just wrong to compromise everything in athletics and academics for a "feel good" moment.You can believe what you want, but most would find it insulting, I think.

Furthermore, nothing here -- not one word -- slams the boy with the handicap. The poster is beating up everyone that views his poat.

The kid in red also would probably find it objectionable. Just ask him.

That was sickening. As you say, as condescending as it gets, and likely did far more harm than good.

These people make me ill.
