Back in those days countries tried to build things that lasted & worked. These days too many half ass things & we can't seem to have nice things because too many are whining instead of building, designing, creating & making.

reminder: Prince of Wales after commisioning and the day prior to Prinz Eugene sinking the Hood, had construction technicians working on both quadruple 14" gun turrets. there was a logical reason everyone else but retards stayed with triple mount guns. the quads sucked. so when you see a design sequence including a six gun turret design, the entire series needs trashed.
