Those poopeye burgers dont look so great

Lol they don't but I like the soup and the chicken thighs.

I enjoy a really good looking fresh burger, no wilted lettuce ,freshly cut onion and some beetroot with a bit of mustard and mayo

I bake my beetroot in tinfoil with a dash of vinegar and a little salt and pepper

I'm not a fan of beetroot and mustard on a burger.  Garlic aioli and tomato sauce is more my go to. I prefer a good pie to a burger too.

Thanks Thom, I'm going to try it too. I just have to go shopping and buy some broccoli. I had a great recipe for awesome broccoli and cheese soup years ago but I lost it
