Easy Pan Cake!
Tangerines are used in the vid.
Satsumas work great too because both are seedless
Im not sure if clementines and tangelos are seedless, but manderins have seeds.

They probably all come in seedless varieties , I have noticed here that seedless watermelons are not totally seedless

I used to cook cakes in a hinged omelette pan when I didn't have an oven for awhile. Very fast lol.

I prefer a traditional pan cake, I just use the same batter that I use for Yorkshire puddings with one less egg, It hard to fuck it up, pop in a little baking powder if you want to fluff them up a little ?
