Live-Streamer Signs off With "F*** the Police" Then Kills an NYPD Officer While Driving Home Drunk
NYPD Highway Officer Anastasios Tsakos (104PCT)
At some point, the hypocrisy and lack of self-awareness evident in this mindset will simply become too much to bear.
The Daily Mail has a lengthy article on an incident that happened in New York City in the early morning hours on Tuesday.
On Monday evening, Jessica Beauvais, a 32-year-old African-American resident of Hempstead, New York, sat herself down in front of a microphone and live-streamed herself on Facebook for 1:51 minutes from what looks like a bar/restaurant somewhere in New York. She blessed all her listeners with some pearls of wisdom concerning the outcome of the Derek Chauvin trial last week. Here are a few examples of her enlightened view of the workings of the criminal justice system:
This week we are going to talk about the ignorance that was the Derek Chauvin trial – or the ignorance that is essentially just is this f**ing justice system.
Police say an oath and in that oath they say an oath that they are not supposed to be afraid of that position and that is literally in the rules.
If you said that you were signing up for this dangerous job and part of that dangerous job is that you are not supposed to be afraid – as part of that job is that people might try to f**king kill you,
That’s what you’re signing up for – potential death like in the army. That’s what you signed up for.
Like (hip hop group) NWA say about the police – if you’re going to kill me, at least I get to take someone with me. I’m one of those people. If I’m going to go, someone is coming.
What happened to fighting, I grew up on fighting. I like to fight. My hands and my feet and teeth. It does something for me – what does it do for you? F**king people up never stopped being a thing. Shooting ‘people is still wack. It means you can’t fight. It means you’re a cop.
F**k the police. F**k them.
Throughout the video, Beauvais is seen vaping and drinking an unknown dark liquid from a plastic cup and, at one point, washes down the contents of a red shot glass with a bottle of Snapple. Others at the location claimed she was drinking vodka the entire time she was there.
Beauvais wrapped up her live stream at approximately 6:35 pm, and it is uncertain what she did after that.
But by 2:00 am, Beauvais was speeding along in her Volkswagen — with a suspended driver’s license — on the Long Island Expressway when she struck and killed 43-year-old NYPD Officer Anastasios Tsakos.
Tsakos was redirecting traffic following a separate fatal car accident in Queens when Beauvais’ car allegedly veered and struck officer Tsakos head on. Tsakos, 43 year-old married father to a three year-old son and six year-old daughter, was rushed to a nearby hospital where he was pronounced dead.
The 32-year-old, who was allegedly intoxicated and driving with a suspended license at the time, allegedly sped away from the scene with a ‘completely shattered’ windshield before being apprehended by police.
Beauvais, who says she has a 13-year-old son in the video, offered a tearful apology for Tsakos’ death as she was led out of the NYPD’s 107th Precinct in handcuffs on Tuesday afternoon. ‘I’m sorry that I hit him and that he’s dead,’ she sobbed.
She faces 13 charges including manslaughter in the second degree, aggravated manslaughter in the second degree, vehicular manslaughter in the second degree and leaving the scene of an incident without reporting/death. She faces up to 15 years in prison if convicted.
Beauvais attempted to flee the scene but was surrounded by police cars several blocks away. When officers moved in, she attempted to flee again by backing her car into one of the police vehicles blocking her path.
The Daily Mail piece has a small snippet from Beauvais’ live-stream, including her sign-off message. It also has close to two dozen photographs of various aspects of the story.
She’ll probably be a hero in jail.
Did you read my story about the increasing pace of the exodus of officers from the NYPD? Not hard to understand why.

REALLY?! The POS C**T is sorry? Sorry that now she'll be going to trial, and will probably be spending time in prison. And it damn well ought to be more than 15 years. NY lost a good cop, a wife lost her husband, and 2 children lost their father.
