couple things that i've done different.  NOT CoQ10 but rather Ubiquitol especially for those over 45.
Famotidine....prescribed.  not sure but pepcid might be the same as famotidine. I'll check. IT IS.

Do Omega 3, Immune support.   Watch your gluten, sugar...especially sugar.  EAT  whole foods as much as possible. Lots of fiber. Don't eat late at night. GIve your body a good 12 hours of fasting before you start again in the morning. Magnesium, D3, super C, Zinc(not on empty stomach. I'm moved to aspirin based Back and body bayer but NOT on empty stomach. A good pro-biotic can't hurt.

Keep your hands clean this winter, don't touch your face, don't wear that dirty mask and avoid if possible the vaxxed. They're gonna be infected and passing it on.

The more issues are found, the more the media and the liberals double down on the hysteria, scare tactics, misinformation and "mandates"...

The thinking ones know what they're agenda is!
