Paid annual leave and public holidays

In NZ we have 11 paid public holidays every year, If these fall on a weekend they are mondayised, we also get 20 paid working days holidays ,  6 weeks paid leave

Im not sure how this rates internationally , I personally thinks its sufficient, I usually take 2 or 3 weeks unpaid on top of that,

I dont like to work more than 4 days a week

I probably didn't word it particularly well , It should have read "6 weeks in total"

The employer pays for annual leave and public holidays, they are also legally obliged to contribute to a retirement savings scheme, I put in 3% of my gross and so does the company

I'm a bit surprised Jacinta hasn't put a stop to all that.
