Homemade Tartar Sauce. Simple and good....easy to make.

1 cup mayo
2T lemon juice
2-3 T dill pickle, finely cut
2 t dill weed
1/4 t pepper

combine, chill...flavor strengthens in time. Stir before serving Great as dip or dressing.

you won't buy tartar sauce again.

Just found this. I like Coconut tempura fish and shrimp...

1/2 cup orange marmalade
2 t mustard
1 t prepared horseradish

combine, chill, can be stored in frig. tasty

i'm sure y'all know this one.  One of my favorites for little smokies and occassionally for meatballs. I also mix a small amount sometimes and place on top of stuffed peppers last 5 minutes or so in the oven

Equal parts Grape Jelly and Ketchup...combine well.    ADd it to little smokies on the grill or in the pan...same for meatballs.
