NY: woman mows down guy on walker trying to hit a woman she was arguing with

video at link. It appears ny is not a safe place to live or to visit. Killer still at large. She has been identified by her intended target who escaped uninjured. The guy on the walker is dead.

That's a really crappy area of NY City and if your not run down on the street by some vermin than you'll be a victim of a drive by shooting at night for an initiation to get into a gang .

Usually the drive bys aren't too bad and you get a couple of holes on fleshy areas . Those gang initiations generally are more personal and its most likely in the head area - they may need to shoot you 2-3 times before they get that bucket of Gatorade poured over their heads .
