If I were still in law enforcement, I wouldn't respond to ANY crime in those neighoods and just let them kill and steal from each other. It seems that law enforcement cannot do anything right but, allow themselves to be murdered. Certainly the ambulance chasers are making a killing at tax payer's expense.

Build a wall and lock them in. When the businesses are all gone let them starve.

[UNintended consequences???!!!  Ya gotta be kidding me!  Those lost causes of so-called "human beings" very intentionally, trashed, burned, looted, shot up, and plainly destroyed their own neighborhoods.  

True to form, they blame everybody else and want others to take pity on the them, while having the indecency to call what they demolished "sacred."
