This is what comes of CULTIVATING insane delusions, with actual physical disfigurement.

It used to be an obvious understanding, that such a person needed psychiatric help - and institutionalizing, if he was likely to physically mutilate himself. Now the hospitalists like the huge government grants for this mutilation surgery - and this person is probably going to commit suicide.
