I have absolutely NO idea, sorry!

It must have something to do with one of your sister's phones connected to email somehow or maybe she has a virus.

I'd get her to contact her carrier and get them tell her how to fix it. All of her texts could be going to everyone with an email address stored in her phone and that's not good.
