"Apart from all the obvious greens attempt to force us onto renewable and extremely costly and somewhat ineffective energy sources, crisis is what Australia does best, the whole supply issue is slowly crippling Australia, we sell our iron ore overseas and try to buy back the steel, instead of logging (thanks greens), we import timber and wood chips (hence issues with toilet paper and building products), we close down our fertilizer and urea industries and then can't get these products from overseas nearly bringing our transport industry to a halt, we sell our gas overseas and then run short ourselves, we increase our labour costs to the extent that we can't compete with overseas manufacturers (think the car industry), we sell our university places to overseas students who pay more than we can afford and then cry when we have COVID style issues and no students, we won't work so we rely on overseas backpackers who could not travel during COVID ..... we are totally reliant on other countries, wow, how does that feel people, perhaps a bit like seagulls waiting to thrown a few chips"
AND our illustrious leaders want to save the world by reaching zero emissions by 2030....
All over the world coal mines are opening up....we close ours down....
Our emissions amount to 0.003% of the worlds total....
