‘Here we go again’: Belgium first country to roll out mandatory monkeypox quarantine
The European nation of Belgium has reportedly become the first country to institute a mandatory monkeypox quarantine in response to three cases being detected.
“Those who are infected with the monkeypox virus must self-isolate for 21 days,” The Brussels Times reported Friday, citing Belgium health authorities.
“So far, three cases of monkeypox have been detected in Belgium. Two of the cases have been clinically diagnosed while the partner of one of those patients is also showing symptoms.”
Cases have reportedly also been detected in Spain, England, Portugal, Canada, and the United States.

Very standard procedure for infectious diseases.
What else would you recommend?

I have no problem with mandatory quarantining known sick people. Especially rare and serious diseases. I do draw the line at forcing healthy people to stay at home because of an STD. Did I read that the Small Pox vaccine gives you immunity? That vaccine was mandatory for public school attendance when I was a kid. I have the scar on my shoulder to prove it.

Okay, so let's suppose that someone made the claim that you were "sick" with the epizudic and that you would never be "safe" to be out of "quarantine", you are okay with that? You are okay with blatant discrimination based upon some "test" that no one knows if it's even valid or real? You are okay with claiming that anyone who disagrees with the accusation of who is ill and who is not is guilty of "misinformation"? Political opponents will no doubt use that to "win" political elections and "defeat" ANYONE who is not a liberal or in the "good ole boys club".
Who decides who should be quarantined? What is the criteria? Does that mean that the person being accused no longer has any rights? Is the Constitution suspended because someone said that someone else is "ill"? What if the person being discriminated against is considered ill? Maybe we could just murder anyone that society deems "ill" and be done with it? After all, we allow mothers to murder their children for convenience sake or for any reason that she desires.
It's a slippery slope and I believe that we've gone over the edge. You can basically openly and blatantly discriminate against ANYONE now by claiming that they are a "danger" to society. Personally, I don't find that desirable, fair, equitable, just or Constitutional. Unfortunately there are many in our society today who only care about themselves and could not care less about the blatant discrimination or abuse of others. In a civilized society we don't legalize discrimination and violence however, this whole "pandemic" scam is working to bring the legalization of blatant discrimination and violence back. So when someone makes the statement that they are "okay with mandatory Vaccinations", I have to wonder if they have really thought it through.
