I clean my windscreen wiper blades every now and then with a rag sprayed with silicone release spray.
Makes them slide a lot better and clean the window more evenly.

You can't use gel toothpaste to clean those headlights. I think it has to be regular toothpaste.

use a staple remover to open your keyring. THAT is a great idea and finger nail saver for any time..

It's seldom that I have to take a key off the ring. REAL seldom.
After, long ago, damaging a car ignition switch from my heavy key ring...and it's always heavy, I don't know why keys gravitate to me...but I started not-using my key ring in the car ignition switch.
I get another key made (or use one of the chipped keys that come with it) and LEAVE IT IN THE CAR. Not in the ignition switch; but modern cars have so many pockets for change, etc, I just develop a habit to pull it out and drop it in a hidden area.
I still have a key on the ring. Back when I had a chipped key, I'd have a non-chipped key made up, and have that on the ring. THAT opens the door, if it doesn't have a radio-unlocker. Or, as now (my old Toyota does have that) if the thing breaks.
I may get locked out, but all I need do is open the door. At worst, a window is broken. I have full glass coverage; I'll lie to the insurance guy and tell him some clown smashed it in a parking lot. But I'm in, and I can drive away.
Whereas, if I lost my key ring WITHOUT a key inside, I'd have the whole rigamarole - find the manufacturer's code, or pay $$$$ to replace all the lock cylinders, reprogram the chip, etc.
So I don't have to remove a key when the truck goes into the garage. Just hand the counterman the key that's off the ring.

Some of the others, I've come to use. Milk crates, in the footwells. Those hold groceries, or loose crap, or tools or water jugs on a trip. I carry about ten gallons of water when traveling - good for overnight stops as well as while driving. No need for sodas or $2.49 pints of branded water; and no need to do anything when I find a nighttime place to park in my little stealth-camping trailer.
In my carport I use a sandbag as a wheel stop. I have to pull in tight; and I can't hang a tennis ball off the ceiling. So I went and bought a sandbag, put it down, and I can get up tight, without busting the back wall...which is not poured concrete but a wooden frame wall. A storage closet is on the other side.
