oh yeah it is.
False child sex abuse allegations used in intimidation plot against council member who wanted Colorado police chief fired. Police CHief...dyke and the partner to the CPS worker who charged that the councilwoman was abusing her child. It was touch and go. It is illegal to do things like THIS in order to influence and/or blackmail a lawmaker into a certain behavior or ruling.
This has put me in a bad situation..having to defend a damn council member from police or vice versa.
