The innate strength of a Democratic political system

It is a feature of a democracy that it can be criticised from within.

I can criticise the Australian democratic system.
An American can criticise the American democratic system.
An Englishman can criticise the English System
We have that right to. The system is always open to being improved.
In an Authoritarian country, you may not have the right to criticise the Leading Political party.
There may be no need for the system to change.

Over a 20 year period, it is reasonable to think a democratic will improve more than an authoritarian system.
