i used to wear shoes, but the tea grinds would always leave a trail as i walked.

Seriously, raisin wine is awesome! It's a mess chopping raisins, though. And sometimes if no fermentation after 2 days, have to do stuck fermentation process and use a little juice and restart yeast.
I just might start a fermenter off soon.
