You can eat the bloom? I knew you can eat the tender leaves. Do you know garlic mustard plant. nothing will eat it 'cept humans.

Yep. Makes better tea, if you're into tea. I'm kinda not. Sometimes, though.
There's no scientific classification of "weed". It's just what we decided we didn't want in our yards and gardens. That noxious scourge just might save your life in a starvation situation.

young blossom or several days old? Anyone tried those? I can't imagine. I think i'd rather have a sauce to dip it in.

A little real Italian vinegar would be delicious on that. I brought a case of their red and white vinegar home when I moved back to the States. That stuff'll make yer lips numb and it almost tastes as good as wine.HAMARTIA wrote:
