CDC no longer requires hospitals to report covid deaths

here we go. Are these hospitals still getting the 14000 and the 34,000 for covid positives and vents, respectively? If so, they'll keep on killing their patients.

That has been my fear all along! They verbally threatened people with unemployment in order to get their compliance but, will turn around and deny it. With no written proof, it's just one word against another.

State Departments of Health and Hospitals may still require daily reporting. I'll be watching to see if they still give the breakdown on the numbers on the local news.
As of yesterday, they were still reporting number of cases, hospitalizations(not sure about vent numbers) and percent of population vaccinated per designated covid regions(adjacent multi-county areas).

i've never seen that reported on local news tv or radio here in virginia. But that may be my area. and the fact that i refuse to watch local news, won't take the paper any longer because of serious leftist bias in all of it.

Some local radio stations announce the numbers in this state. I'm not sure if it's the classic rock station, or the one that carries Dennis Prager. (Relief Factor station(s)). Can't remember the last time I listened, nor what the numbers were, so it's by me why they bother.

I gave up on the tv news many years ago. It's just too depressing.

Local news here is not very political. Mostly just local happenings. I watch both Baton Rouge and Lafayette local news.

I also watch ABC Nightly News most every day to see how the deep state is spinning things.
