Emilee Carpenter is a Christian and a Photographer. New York objects to the Christian part. Carpenter photographs same sex weddings. No complaint. She just doesn't specifically market her services to LBGTQ. Her website and blog don't have any photographs of same sex celebrations. The state of New York wants to control her messaging and close her down because of her lack of advertising.

I really don't think New York has a case at all. This should be tossed at the first motion.
