He was right CJ, but that doesn't mean he won't do it. He's a DemonicRat so he is permitted to speak out both sides of his mouth.

First off, can we really blame Biden? I'm not sure if he is actually aware of anything that is going on. With that out of the way this is simply a continuance of the Obama years. Obama like most democrats see the constitution and the traditions this country was based upon as a roadblock to their ultimate goal which is nothing more than control. Their biggest problem has always been overreach and never thinking ahead. As they gain control and limit the republicans influence what they don't foresee is they will be the only ones responsible for everything that goes wrong. The democrats get decimated down ballot and in the mid term elections simply because those that ignore history are doomed to repeat it and the left are a broken record.
Packing the courts are their only way way to get their horrible agenda passed and maintain power. Elections in their view have outlived their necessity.
