Jussie Smollett Found Guilty

And after being found guilty on 5 charges this gutter vermin that was trying to ignite a race war and probably did have results around the country of whites being beaten by blacks because of his actions - Jesse Smollet still was not arrested on the spot and incarcerated like all other criminals are . He's free until Jan or Feb or until the judge gives him a few months in jail . We better wake up and face this evil and stop the tolerance .

If he didn't take the stand(and I don't know because cretins like this nagger will go to hell) and didn't testify or recant the lie in court , he can't be charged with perjury.

Proper sentencing should be whatever the sentence would have been for someone found guilty of a hate crime.

But since blacks can now kill people with impunity I'm sure this crime will barely bring even a laughable sentence.

Could be, but if no sentence it will be because if there is a 'punishment fits the crime' the liberal bigots will immediately begin bawling for a pardon from Grubenor J.B. Pritzker. Pritzker, unusually for an IL Grubenor, has not yet been indicted (and his bank can give you 3.6 billion reasons why) and is a 200 proof liberal bigot himself. But he's also up; for reelection in November, in a year that promises a big GOP shift. Pardoning Jussie, would be a swell way to stick a finger in the despised middle class, but it might cause them to chuck Pritzker out before he can be indicted.

My bet, minimal sentence, heavier on fines and repayments than klink time.
