And poor people of low intellect are a burden as well in progressive countries ,as the are given incentives to have more children and the rest of us subsidise them . ?

Some might think that liberals, Democrats, Communists, Socialists, anarchists and criminals are "of low intellect". Should they also be allowed to reproduce? Who decides who is and who is not allowed? You? A politician? The government? Are people deemed "retarded" and/or "mentally impaired" under the U.S. Constitution? Who decides who has rights and who doesn't?

It is a VERY slippery slope. Like everything else (remember the Presidential election?), it will be used to go after political opponents or ANYONE who represents the people rather than special interests.
