Where did that come from? From a world where food fell on your head; where the men passed the time dancing around with penis gourds. Where paternity didn't MATTER; and the only risk to your survival was tribal raids, for the halibut, from other penis-gourd-clad "warriors."

This, I would posit, is also the reason for intelligence disparity. In the tropics, survival is assured, almost. Malaria and the fierce temper of fellow hominids, those were your only risks. In the North...you had to plan. AND PLAN. And work harder than your horses. And lay crops in. KNOW how to lay them in. How to GUARD them.

And ration food. So YOUR children could eat - and other children, had to depend on their own parents or the Church.

So, African women could behave as they did, and no consequences. FOR THAT WORLD. Move them into our world...and you got The Well Fair.
