I laughed.

I dunno.

I know cats are loners. Very territorial. To have to live in such quarters, causes a lot of stress to them, I expect.

I have seen an adult cat used to ruling a house where there's all these unrule two-leggers; and then a kitten is dumped in. Now, a kitten will adjust, fine. The kitten is social; that's what immature animals are; and basically that cat just remains in a state of arrested development.

But the adult cat had his adult ways. His territory...and this interloper is intruding on it. Never mind separate cat-boxes and dinner dishes - he wants a SEPARATE HOUSE!

You have one cat, if you stay on things, you never notice the odor. You get a hundred, the smell has got to be overpowering.
