That looks tasty and very simple.

One suggestions though, once the ground meat has been spread out on the baking parchment, I would chill it for about 15-20 minutes, then roll it up. It won't stick as much to the baking parchment.

I'll have to give this a go, and maybe after the initial run, add a couple things like fresh minced tomatoes or mushrooms.

Same way I do a pork Fatty.. I make my own style Jimmy Dean PS but any breakfast sausage will do..

Only I get high temp cheese cut it in small 1/2 cubes and spread it out along with Jalapeno, onion season with Garlic powder, pepper/salt rolled up same way as above and then wrap in a bacon lattice.. Buy the thin cheap stuff as it stretches easier. Then I put in on the grill or smoker with pecan around 275 until core is 180degree or couple hours anyway..

Don't tell my Cardiologists :)
