They have a high rate of infant and youth mortality , You could compare it to Europe dating back from the pre Victorian era  , you had more than you needed to service your needs because you knew you would lose a few, Children were needed to work the land and look after you in your old age..

I'd nominate Greta Turdbergs parents , too.

They just crank out babies, wean them and ship them to America. No particular distress. Then they have some more. Nothing to it.

Based on the title of the thread I thought this was about the Bidens...

Hispanic parents don't have the same concept of children as you do. Children are bought, sold and traded like any commodity. They could be pigs, goats, diseased puppies raised in a cage or a pit full of fighting dogs. And.... It has always been that way. And..... This country does not change them and make them love their children.

This is from 2009, in this country. Note the lack of consequences for this business deal.
