serious question. was just speaking to one and they thought it was common practice to just dump it till it stopped falling.

so after speaking to said retard, even though they swore they were a fucking greenie, it dawned on me they just chuck their anchor over the side of the boat. i dont know if they tie a rope to it first, but maybe if theres a ten foot length on it, they call that good, and over the side it goes. wether the other side of it is tied off to anything or not. ( my prefferance would be to have it affixed to their neck )

And they drug the pipeline quite a ways before it busted.
Should have pulled anchor all the way in.

longbeach, la, and the coast gaurd are all equaly responsible. i will bet you dollars to donuts you are not even allowed to cross over it unless you have a permit.
