Chauvin Trial doesn't seem to be going well for prosecution

The judge had to reprimand a female firefighter who said she witnessed the scene.   She stood there and did nothing.     The judge told her to answer the questions and not be argumentative.   It is the defense's right to ask questions and get answers.

They only thing you can really sue for in New Zealand is defamation, and you would have to prove you had a character to defame that cost you money,,

You cant sue for injury as we have ACC ""Accident compensation Corporation"", and its a no fault system , You break into someone's house and attack them with a knife and you end up being cut You are eligible for ACC, all you medical expenses will be covered, If you are employed you will be paid 80% of your income for the period you are off work, You will be prosecuted for the crime , The same applies to visitors here or illegals , for that matter, you get run over, you will get free treatment

One of the best arguments for the defence is that he was only using a technique that was taught and approved by the police department. For a conviction the prosecution doesn’t have a leg to stand on!

If he is found guilty the police department are also guilty and must be held accountable!

Nope.  Has all the marking of an O.J. rerun, and I didn't watch those, either.  

Our court system is in bad enough shape, without adding this kind of mockery to it.
