First off, the Bible tells us that evil is never done by God. Secondly, we deserve death, we've earned death and God has chosen to give those who love Him eternal life with him. It is easy to declare that someone ELSE deserves death however, if we were honest, we deserve it just as much. That is not to say that some of these people aren't being played by the devil, that is to say that our responsibility is to serve God while we are here rather than asking Him to kill someone.

Everyone will stand before God and account for his/her actions, words and thoughts. Some will hear the words, "Enter in to your reward". Others will hear, "Depart from me, I never knew you". Which group will YOU be in?
