Background: There has been a growing interest in ivermectin ever since it was reported to have an in-vitro activity against severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). This trial was conducted to test the efficacy of ivermectin in mild and moderate coronavirus disease 19 (COVID-19).

Methods: A double blind, parallel, randomised, placebo-controlled trial conducted among adult COVID-19 patients with mild to moderate disease severity on admission in a COVID dedicated tertiary healthcare of eastern India. Enrolment was done between 1st August and 31st October 2020. On day 1 and 2 post enrolment, patients in the intervention arm received ivermectin 12 mg while the patients in the non-interventional arm received placebo tablets.

Results: About one-fourth (23.6%) of the patients in the intervention arm and one-third (31.6%) in the placebo arm were tested reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RTPCR) negative for SARS-CoV-2 on 6th day. Although this difference was found to be statistically insignificant [rate ratio (RR): 0.8; 95% confidence interval (CI): 0.4-1.4; p=0.348]. All patients in the ivermectin group were successfully discharged. In comparison the same for the placebo group was observed to be 93%. This difference was found to be statistically significant (RR: 1.1; 95% CI; 1.0-1.2; p=0.045).

Conclusions: Inclusion of ivermectin in treatment regimen of mild to moderate COVID-19 patients could not be said with certainty based on our study results as it had shown only marginal benefit in successful discharge from the hospital with no other observed benefits.

Zealous COVID vaccine promoting professor who attacked anti-vaxxers as "selfish" dies after getting her third jab. In what is fast becoming a pattern of quick deaths after the so-called "booster" shots, Mrs Karen Croake Heisler was notorious for using her Twitter account to attack anti-vaxxers.

The former Notre Dame scholar had been a passionate campaigner for endless mask wearing and social distancing. She insisted those who refuse to take the experimental COVID19 gene therapy should be locked in their homes "till they see sense."

Her demise caught the attention of social media followers who suffered her ire. As Jim Crenshaw writes:

"This bitch needed to go. Her middle name was "Croake"...she did. Some things just work out. Blamed the unvaccinated for her illness. As I have said, it is not about intelligence level. It is about environment. A college professor. Really. This is what is killing doctors and health care professionals. They are so deeply sold on their own abilities and bullshit they cannot see the truth no matter what. She killed herself and does not know it. Her family I am sure blames the unvaccinated for her death. There is a war brewing with these people."

What we're finding out, in this new kind of mindscrewing war...is there are two kinds of people resisting it. Those on the extremes - both ends. Troglodytes and Brainiacs.

The bulk of his long post is about electric vehicles, and why he, an auto writer and editor of hagarty.com, is bucking the trend and dismissing them. But it comes down to intelligence, and how normal people today are NOT taught how to think critically when our Elites feed down a Great Idea. So many people think it will just magically happen.

The point of the above was, the mediocrity of this alleged professor. She couldn't do simple research and skeptical, critical evaluation of the claims versus the risks.

Interesting, a ventilator is 'much the same as' CPR.

You would never give CPR to someone who does not need it.
If someone requires CPR they are really in a bad way and will die if you do not attempt it.
It is most likely the person receiving CPR will die but you gave them the chance they never had.

Breathing is usually achieved by a person expanding their torso outwards like a bellows, causing a vacuum in the lungs.
This vacuum sucks fresh air in. It is a very muscular activity. Your throat and larynx are also involved.
When someone cannot create a vacuum in their lungs to suck new air they will die.
So a ventilator is used. This forces air into the lungs. This is entirely unnatural.
Lungs work using a vacuum, using a ventilator the lungs are under pressure. This causes problems.
Also, ALL the muscles involved in natural breathing stop when a ventilator us used. That causes problems.

Without a ventilator the person would die.
Better to NOT have to have a ventilator. Better to not be in a hospital.
Better to stay healthy by whatever means you see best for you.
I exercise daily, take immunity booster powder daily and am vaccinated.

Do what is best for you.

I hope to chat to you all in 2 years time.

CPR is not admistered to get the patient breathing , its to keep blood flowing, with a few breaths in between to inflate the lungs
