Tours of the Dark Web?

Supposedly there's at least one "deeper level" of the internet that isn't frequently traveled because it's supposedly full of bad guys. (Oh yoo-hoo, CJ ...)

These bad guys apparently operate outside the law with aplomb and never get caught. (Oh yoo-hoo ...) It is often referred to as the "dark web" or "wrong side of the tracks".

Anyone ever been there done that. Does anyone know anything about it that they are willing to share with the group?

Oh, I should add that you can rest assured that the intellectual caliber of we Robins is quite high.
