It all depends on what one is trying to accomplish as to whether or not this fiasco is a "failure". If one is trying to destroy America, bolster the Democrat party, create unemployment, create government dependence, increase the deficit, do away with the Constitution, allow "Coyotes" to make a killing, further the agenda of Communism and make America look like a third world country, then this is a total success.
