I didn't recognize this as sarcasm until I looked up Mark Dice.

Half the kids on college campuses think we should limit free speech.

That is because most of the professors on those college campuses are left wingers with an agenda to brainwash as many as they can to support Communist ideals. They don't teach history anymore, just how "bad" the U.S. is. It's all about "feelings" and "opinions" rather than actual facts.
