Hatchet Attack in Manhattan financial district

Man was at the ATM and this moron comes up behind him and attacks  him with a hathett.    The attacker got in some hits and it appears the victim got away..but i don't know.   i haven't heard anything else.

seems to be in stable condition. They say possible hatchett attack. I wonder if the NYPD knows how to run a video. They sure know how to arrest conservatives but they seem to have problems with any others....radicals, killers, hatchett men, blm, antifa, crazy black women, the violent homeless, politicians, rioters, arsonists,......

I haven't heard any news on this one being caught either . Whites and Asians better wake up and start carrying in NY City and take the chances of being beaten to death while eating an ice cream or killing the vermin and spending a few years in jail .
