The conundrum of no jab no job in Australia.
At the risk of being criticized for another conjob19 thread, perhaps this topic
needs more than passing attention.
We all know that pursuant to occupational health and safety rules and regulations,
employers in Australia have a duty to provide a safe and proper work place environment.
We also know that an employer can (apparently) mandate the jab for his employers
if he thinks it is reasonable to do so.
This step would be taken bearing in mind the close proximity of staff to one another
and the space each and every one of them works in and the specific type of employment..
My question is this....
If an employer mandates the jab for his staff, isnt it almost a given that he
will have to enforce a no jab no entry rule for his clientele as a condition of entry to his premises.
Think about it...
How can he demand staff get the jab to provide a safe and proper workplace
environment, but then NOT mandate the same for his clientele.
He's only doing half the job as clientele could enter his premises with the virus
and give it to his staff...
Therefore he has not provided a safe and proper workplace environment.
Will all clientele have to wear a mask simply to remain clientele.
This is not the same as a mandatory jab.
These two issues go hand in glove...
I wonder if employers/employees realize this...
Imagine a no jab no job mandate and then no clientele...
The staff have been jabbed to keep their jobs due to the bosses wishes...but perhaps then the business folds...
This will be a conundrum....
And our illustrious pm has indicated that Fair Work Australia will sectionalize work places
in a manner which will encourage certain employers to create a no jab no job policy, and those employers that
dont will be given "protection" from possible law suits by employees that contract the conjob19 virus in the workplace.
In Australia, small businesses are protected by legislation which allows an employer to sack an employee
without just cause if his business has under 15 staff and the employee has only been employed
there for less than 12 months...
Shaky ground...definitely...
Facism....even more definitely...

Re: The conundrum of no jab no job in Australia.
Addendum to the above...
Bear in mind the federal government in Australia is in the process of
creating a retrospective VICS (vaccine injury compensation scheme)
But my understanding is that this scheme only provides compensation if
you suffer a jab injury where you were jabbed by a GP...
Any other jab is not covered..(eg in a pharmacy or a mass jabbing hub...)
But they still float thought bubbles about no jab no job gigs....???

For those opting for the jab it would make good sense to get jabbed by a Doctor then.

Have you seen the doctors?
Indians with qualifications that can be printed out from a dodgy website.

Didn't one fake doctor get caught out the other day after practising for 8 years?

Is the employer willing to insure against ill effects?
No? Then he has no RIGHT to compel you to take a drug or medical procedure.
This is why we work to keep our guns, mate. Things be gettin' REAL out there. And yelling in the street, doesn't scare the tyrants or the oligarchs they're fronting for.

I think its going to get ugly....
Im wondering if any employees decided to confront
their employers with the proposal of taking Ivermectin (as a substitute)
what reaction this would prompt.
You can still get the conjob19 virus after taking the jab...probably
the same risk as taking Ivermectin....
Im also wondering what role the various unions are going to
play in this debacle.
Will unions all be pro jab or anti jab...
After all..its supposed to be a free country...!!!!
With emphasis on the word "supposed"...
When I see what is happening overseas, I see that the whole
joint is going down the gurgler fast...
I also wonder the following....
Climate change...
What would be the effect of:
No planes...or less flights...(Qantas has already put off 2500 staff as
their planes gather dust in the Mohave desert...)
Electric cars...no pollution...or much less...
Working from home...less pollution as people stay at home...
Countries introducing/trialling 4 day working weeks...less pollution...
Is the plandemic just a disguise for all of the above...
..as well as a disguise for severely increased surveillance and control
...and a move to digital currency......(cant have bank notes..they might
be covered in the conjob19 virus)...banks would love that...
BUT I digress...
Perhaps a topic for another thread...

Re: The conundrum of no jab no job in Australia.
Most of those "concerns" are liberal propaganda.
Take electric cars. What a CROCK.
Where does electricity come from? Wall outlets?
Where do BATTERIES come from?
The total fossil-fuel use and toxic residual waste, from drawing board to scrapping, is MUCH higher for a Tesla than a conventional mid-size car.
The others are just as dishonest panic-feeders.
Sorry, mate, but you got programmed in Leftist schools. What they drilled into you is JUST NOT TRUE.
A shame. You'll be years coming to believe that - if we have years. I don't think we do...we're getting the full-on experience of the Leftist Dream....COLLAPSE, followed by COMMUNISM.

Re: The conundrum of no jab no job in Australia.
I do remember a 'doctor' being exposed as a fraud a few years ago at Royal North Shore in Sydney, his con lasted 10 years. When it was found out he somehow "in the confusion" flew back to India, I think that A Current Affair is doing a piece on some 'doctor' (Indian of course) who butchers his 'patients' faces (I think it might be tomorrow). Then again in Queensland we had another one who cut peoples legs off for no reason.Red Lily wrote:Didn't one fake doctor get caught out the other day after practising for 8 years?
