too little too late. its mandated as you recieve the school operations check from the federal govt.

Good deal.  Goes to show that parents are paying attention, and know that the only way to affect real change is from the school board(s).  As in, being on them.  

A lot of money floating around CT, and we all know which walks, and which talks.
