Pitmasters.....activate.

Well, folks, time to prepare the Smokers/grills for the season.

I did a Rack of Lamb over the weekend.  Came out good.  Could've been a bit better, but I overcooked it just a tad.  Medium, instead of Medium Rare.  Still real tender and the taste was stellar.  Sides were awesome, as well.

I intend to replicate this dish, this weekend.

Could you do it without the Styrofoam plate, It makes it look like picnic day at the penitentiary,,its not a relaxing meal when any second you could be shanked lol
